We can all think of instances in our lives when we have felt either confident or under-confident
It is not uncommon to hear the expression, “Knowledge is Power”, but is this really true?
Many people have extensive knowledge of a subject, some a great deal of knowledge - perhaps about many things, a few are quite brilliant.
So, is knowledge alone a guarantee of success?
I would argue it isn’t and that knowledge alone is simply not enough. Generally, success is achieved through the application of knowledge and this means deploying the skills a person (or a business) to an opportunity, challenge, etc. The way in which we apply our skills communicates much about our attitude and, where we apply our skills collectively as a business might, this communicates everything about our culture - our brand.
Any successful brand therefore needs a potent combination or knowledge, skills and attitude.
Knowledge is critical - of course it is, yet the success triad serves as a pointer as to the personal skills and attitudes that are key is achieving success!
