Two-day Sales Training Course

Our two-day sales course is an intensive, experiential and interactive course that covers both basic and advanced sales skills and is designed to equip participants with the tangible skill sets, and confidence to implement them, in order to become successful salespeople. By attending our two-day sales course participants will learn how to successfully lead prospect, effectively close deals, negotiate difficult situations, pitch presentations, handle key accounts and effective communication as well as other sales skills critical for the role.


Attending the course is highly beneficial for both individuals and employers. For individuals the course will provide them with tools and techniques that are easily transferable into everyday working life as well as the confidence to apply those skills into practice. For employers this translates itself into motivated employees who have the techniques that are going to have a noticeable impact on business.

Course Content

Day One

The first day of the course introduces key basic sales concepts and covers the following:

  • Compile a prospect list
  • Key techniques for approaching different industries and contacts
  • Effective communication to prospects
  • Communication techniques to existing clients that will result in appointments
  • Identifying an opportunity
  • Identifying the needs of the client
  • Increasing repeat business

      Day Two

      The second day of the course builds on the basic principles of sales that were introduced in the first day and will provide participants with advanced tools for developing key relationships and generating profitable returns for business. Day two covers the following areas:

      • Advanced customer relationship building
      • Identifying and responding to the body language, tone of voice and language of the customer
      • Recognising and overcoming objection types
      • Key questions to ask the customer
      • Completing the sale by taking the opportunity
      • Techniques for dealing with problematic customers
